PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Our products contain the following items which are illustrative and not exhaustive: Maida, sugar, fruit-based jams, nuts such as dry fruit and ground nuts, etc. You are advised to carefully check the specific ingredients of each item before making the purchase to avoid any ingredient to which you may be allergic. If in doubt, you are advised to check with Ruzbakery before buying. We shall not be liable for any allergic reaction that you may suffer due to some ingredient that you may be allergic to as it is incumbent on you, as the consumer, to verify that it is safe for your personal consumption and we shall accept no liability in this regard as you are expected to do due diligence before purchasing on the basis of ‘Caveat Emptor’.
23. All payments made against the purchases/services by you shall be as per the price displayed, plus other applicable charges on the website and shall also be subject to the Terms of Use of the Third Party Payment Gateway. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other policies as applicable to your transactions.

DELIVERY
24. Delivery shall be arranged through Third Party delivery/Courier Partners and the timings for delivery are approximate only and may vary.
25. We take all reasonable care to educate and train our Delivery Partner, its representatives, employees and individuals on handling of our products, so that the same may reach you in the same condition as it was dispatched. We take pics of the product before dispatch. However, despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when our products may not reach you in a desired state or condition. Refunds, if any, requested by you due to the product not reaching you in a desired state shall be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
26. When the item ordered has artistic decorations which are on the surface of the item we would advise the customer to take personal delivery to avoid any damage.
27. While we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by ordering late or delays caused by our delivery partner(s). In the event of a late service delivery, the service delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Ruzbakery.
