Ruzbakery is founded by a passionate Baker Sayyora Tashbaeva from Uzbekistan, settled in Bangalore. Sayyora is a certified baker trained by professional and expert bakers from Moscow She uses a unique combination of Russian Baking techniques and recipes blended with Uzbek recipe fillings of various jams combined with Indian eggless techniques culminating in unique products with unforgettable  flavours. She is a cake artist and painstakingly creates cake décor which adds to the visual treat apart from the matchless flavours of her cakes & pastries. She is networked with hundreds of Bakers from the erstwhile Soviet Union countries and constantly gets updates and recipes to improve her product profile and bring in new creations.

Ruzbakery is managed by Dr. M.K.Lodi  with over 30 years of managerial experience, including 8 years of International work experience. He is an expert in Marketing, law and operations management and brings to bear his considerable expertise in managing the operations.

Some of the ingredients are imported from Russia and Uzbekistan to maintain authentic flavour and taste and to ensure premium quality
